How do customers stop receiving texts?
They reply STOP to any message and are unsubscribed right away. Replying HELP returns contact information for support.
Who owns the accounts and data?
You do. Your calendar, booking software and customer information stay in your accounts, in your name. If you stop working with us, the automations stop running, but your accounts and your data stay yours. Your customers’ information is never sold or shared for marketing.
Is this AI or automation?
